COACHING SESSIONS & TECHNIQUE WORKSHOPS
Develop the skills to progress to the next level
We have a passion for cycling and are dedicated to giving the best quality coaching. The majority of our coaching takes place at a purpose-built, skills park near Mui Wo, Lantau Island. The park offers areas with woodwork, uneven terrain, and berms to practice the fundamentals of trail riding. For those looking to improve and master their bike handling skills the Mui Wo Bike Park offers pump tracks, a variety of jump lines and various trails from flowy trails to technical downhill runs. We’re just 40 minutes from Central, HK. We also offer training all over Hong Kong – we can teach you anything from basic balancing and body movement to experienced line choice and jumping techniques.

Choosing the right bike and equipment is essential for your comfort and also your safety. This is why we asses your needs and find the perfect fit for you. Bikes are included in your lessons, we have a fleet of well maintained and up to date bikes to guide you through your day. A variety of different sized helmets means you will stay safe at all times.

Coaching Levels:
-
GREEN:
You are relatively new to cycling, you can comfortably ride on the road in traffic and are comfortable cycling on gravel roads, but you’re looking for something more…. -
BLUE:
You can comfortably ride on non-technical forest paths, you may well have visited a trail centre/mtb trail, but you're looking to extend your skills base and tackle some more technical trails… -
RED:
You have significant experience and have ridden at a trail centre several times. You’re comfortable on technical climbs and descents, but again you’re looking for a broader skills base and the ability to tackle any obstacle on any trail… -
BLACK:
You live and breathe cycling. You’re a regular user of Trail centres and are have probably taken your bike abroad… -
DIAMOND:
Your next step is the pro-contract. We can help you with specific problems in your riding arsenal. At this level, it is as much a mental game as it is a practical skills one…

So if you're lacking confidence on slippery roots, shiver at the thought of a rocky drop-off or just want help in finding your flow, book a private coaching session for yourself or group of friends.
